In memory care, one all-inclusive rate covers the room, meals, housekeeping, laundry, medication management, 24/7 staffing and daily activities. In personal care you pay for the care you use, so the rate follows your needs. Medications are billed separately by the pharmacy; physical, occupational and speech therapy are covered by Medicare.
